YOUR CHILD will develop Leadership Skills
from the very first lesson!
Martial Arts will teach your child to be more confident,
focused and disciplined, the core skills of a leader.
Your child will learn these valuable leadership skills during the very first lesson. Let us help your child grow as a leader....it's what we do every day!
Our Mission is to enrich the lives of our students & their families with prime martial arts education and valuable life skills.
We share a community where healthy, supportive & value oriented families can come together and help each other to successfully reach their goals.
We envision a future where every student achieves their highest goals, live happy balanced lives and work hard to become the new leaders of our community, country and world.
Confidence and Respect
We tend not only to the physical skill set, but we also address social interactions. Our training includes confidence building and respect. Self-confidence and respecting others are the two greatest factors in conflict avoidance. Confidence has the dual nature of deterring bullying by others while also reducing over-reaction and the need to respond physically to taunts. Respecting others also helps in avoiding conflict. Giving respect in turn earns respect and with mutual-esteem the need for confrontation is diminished.

"My son has gained a great amount of confidence... This is a great builder of self esteem."
The academy is one of the only Kenpo Jiu Jitsu education centers, I know of that concentrates as much on the skills of the individual student as they do the attitude, and emotional well being of the student.
My son has gained a great amount of confidence knowing he has physical and mental options when dealing with conflict. This is a great builder of self esteem!
Two weeks ago one of the instructors spoke to the students at the end of the class about “the importance ofliving in the now, he gently used the idea of death as an example. One week later my son’s grandmother passed away. It was beneficial for him to draw from that conversation…
Thank You.

Scholastic Encouragement
We encourage our students both inside the studio and without. We want all of our students to succeed in all aspects of their lives, not just on the mat. Academic achievement goes hand-in-hand with self-confidence. A student must perform his or best in school in order to advance to the next rank. This academic achievement is recognized with a special designation on his or her belt.
SUCCESS STORY #2
"Overall, the academy is like a home to me."
Our academy is a place where everyone can learn at their own pace. Overall, the academy is like a home to me.
The best part of my experience so far is that my self confidence has boosted tremendously. I believe because I am doing American Kenpo Jiu Jitsu I am doing a lot better in school, and have more friends than before.
The two most important benefits I has receive is that my dad and I spend more time together doing martial arts. I also believe that my family thinks I am more successful.

Bully Prevention
The Bully Prevention program instills in your child the character traits that will lead to success in all areas of life. There are six chapters in the Character Development Program: Responsibility, Health, Respect, Citizenship, Manners, and Caring. We dedicate time in each class to address the featured trait and the simple things they can do to make the trait a part of their everyday lives. The secret to the success of this program is a very powerful point-based reward system that encourages each child to make the small character changes in their daily lives - on their own!
SUCCESS STORY #3
“After a few months of training at the academy, she acquired the ‘confidence & strength’ to be able to stand up for herself!”
Our daughter is a ‘kind & gentile spirit’ raised with morals, integrity and principles any parent would be proud of, unfortunately, her kindness and good nature, made her an ‘easy target’ for those individuals who were NOT raise with similar values.
After a few months of training at the academy, she acquired the ‘confidence & strength’ to be able to stand up for herself, for ‘what is right’ and even to ‘stand up for others’ who were not able to defend themselves!
Armed not with weapons but with the confidence that springs from Self-Respect, Loyalty, Discipline and Honor. She now has the ‘tools’ to better face the ‘challenges’ of this world.
